Abstract
Protein and amino acids are essential components of our lives since
they help to maintain and grow our bodies. The goal of this investigation was
to assess the protein content of certain invertebrate diet in Assam and
Meghalaya's haemolymph and muscle tissue. Entomophagy is the key to meeting the
world's expanding nutrient demands since edible insects may deliver high levels
of proteins, lipids, vitamins, and minerals with significant economic and
environmental benefits.
