The socio-economic impacts of women employment in Rajasthan: A study

Abstract
The Approaches to economic empowerment includes increasing skills and
access to productive resources, improving the enabling and institutional
environment, and assisting women in their ability to make and act upon
decisions regarding economic growth and development. Economic empowerment
increases women's access to economic resources and opportunities including
jobs, financial services, property and other productive assets, skills
development and market information. Social-economic empowerment is the process
of liberating people and communities from cycles of poverty and assigned social
roles and giving them the resources (employment, education, health services,
etc.) to raise their and their communities' social and economic opportunities.
