Secondary education being a crucial stage in the educational hierarchy has propelled the education commissions and committees in India to pay heed to the hitches that had stopped it from reaching excellence. One of those hitches is the pedagogical knowledge and skill which differs a teacher from any resource person who might be opulent in content knowledge but lacks the technique and ways to dissipate it among the target audience or the learners in classroom context.
